Are any surf shops selling foil track mount wedges? Or should I make them out of nylon cutting board. I would rather have a wedge that contacts the whole area of the plate mount rather than nuts or washers putting pressure only in the areas around the bolts.
I will need 10mm to 15mm probably.

If Charlie cannot help you, I guess they can be easily made by pouring some resin + microspheres in a flat container (e.g. a tupperware box, wooden box + cooking paper, ...) that you have tilted some degrees.

You could even cure on in place on your board over a plastic film, if the hull is not perfectly flat (Vee, concave, rocker curve) for a perfect fit.

I concur with Piros, and check out Charlie's website grey paddle boards. I tried to make one too from a plastic cutting board and it didn't work as when it heats up they curl and won't flatten back out.
Piros put me into him too.
Charlie made one for me for my slingshot and does great service and communication.
Works an absolute treat.

Thanks guys. Just sent a message.
Tried today to make one out of cutting board. Failed! Lol!
So just cut a couple of rectangles & drilled holes for the back bolts for now.
Have yet to epoxy the track mount block in etc anyway. Just getting everything ready in mean time.
