Hello All, starting soon the DW journey i'm at a point where to choose the mast lenght.
Shorter is better but 72.5 cm Armstrong PM it will be too short when i will eventually start to DW (not just practicing flat water)??
The other option is the 79.5 cm Armstrong PM.
I have the Foil Drive that i will use to build my reading bumps skill and not worrying about the start.
Thanks for your suggestions.

Honestly I don't find a significant amount of paddle up difference between 72 and 82cm, at least not enough to be a factor in your decision making process. When I was starting out on my dw journey I was mostly on my 82cm axis mast, and eventually stepped down to a lift/axis 72 cm mast. The advantage of the bigger mast is that you can have a lot greater runway until you breach. Whatever mast you decide to use however you will get really tuned into that length and how high you can go before breaching. I would never go back to a longer mast now, its just more drag in the water, and I never breach on my 72cm mast so there's just no reason in going longer for me.
Hope this helps.
