This thing is insane! Biggest change in board design in the history of surf craft!

Full displacement, all waterline, minimum width, pin tail! Whatever Dave Kalama is on i want some!

Seems the new big foils start to seriously lift at well below current board planing speeds.
So a well designed, fast displacement board should foil up sooner than current planing design.

For sup dw, Long and narrow, that is it.

The bottom is more about stability.

Deep concave, double concave, channell, etc will help the stability.

Round bottom will give less stability.

Yes stability and directional stability leads to more speed, less crabbing.

It's all happening! The next shipment of Kalama downwind boards due into Australia in 2 months is now completely sold out! Better jump on the wait list for November !

As usual I have no idea what you are talking about? Nothing on website, you have supplied no images or links.

So much for my excuse that long boards don't pump.

6 10 maybe?? Looks long because it is narrow for a sup.
