A Takuma board was fixed by a professional repair shop for a loose foil box. Soon after it was repaired it became loose again without hitting anything.
1. how much such fix should cost?
2. what can I ask the repair shop to do so it won't happen again? is it an issue of too small high density foam? or not attaching to the stinger? see post-fix photo

$350 apx , make sure the boxes are set in HD foam block first and bonded to the deck .

My fix is a piece of HD foam 2" deep, cut to the box width, running from the back of the boxes to the front foot area. This foam wrapped in carbon on the 3 sides inside as its set in and then carbon over the bottom when its done.
