Foil found washed up on a Torquay beach......Its a home made Job ,. Some one has put a lot of work into it .

It was glassed on, so not sure if its off a Sup or Kite ?? . Ask around and lets find the owner.....Cheers.

I have a thin cord leash on my foil to board back strap as have a modified board. So far all good and I have peace of mind.

I always highly recommend tethering your foil to your board if you using a non-production mounting. The forces are huge and most modifications are just not strong enough and will fail at some point. Foils are expensive and loosing one would ruin your day, so for the sake of a little drag on a 3mm spectra line, you can limp back to the beach to fight another day.
