Glad to hear you like the foot hooks Prios. I have had a lot of people asking me about them, so I made a video about all the different things I tried for my feet on the foil board:

Nice video, great idea to reuse the straps screw inserts!

I guess that if foam is not available, one could use thestandalone tail blocks such as www.creatures-usa.com/collections/non-signature-range/products/tail-block ... but I guess it will be cheaper to just glue layers of cheap pads to form a block to cut & sand.

(... or use strap positions that do not require to move your feet on takeoff, but that's another debate that does not need reopening here :-) )

We currently have a limited supply of the pre-shaped EVA foot hooks shown in the video (in white EVA) available at Blue Planet Surf for $12 each ($24 for a set of two).
They are not on our website yet but you can order them by calling the shop at 808 596 7755.
We will have additional inventory of black EVA foot hooks arriving in June 2018 and will post them on our website at that time.
If you want to experiment and shape your own foot hooks, the EVA foam of these car roof foam blocks works great for making foot hooks: https://blueplanetsurf.com/products/eva-foam-blocks-for-car-roof-pair-30-x-4-x-4/

Someone needs to make the EVA foot hooks with adhesive backing. For us guys who don't use straps or have inserts in our boards.

A nice solution could be to use these: www.northshoreinc.com/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=159

This way you could still screw the EVA hooks, to keep some adjustability... ?

I like the idea of putting peel and stick on the bottom side of the foot hooks, we might offer that as an option although it would also be easy to glue it on with contact cement or epoxy.

Contact NSI in the gorge. They make self stick footstrap inserts, and foot hooks. They'll also make custom foam parts for you.

I have been getting a lot of questions about the retracting leash I use for foiling, so I made a video about it.
We worked with Oceanus to develop a SUP foiling specific retracting waist leash and are now offering it with an elastic shock cord, check it out:

We offer the retracting leash without the waist belt and shock cord:
https://blueplanetsurf.com/products/reel-sup-foiling-leash/

and now also as a complete SUP Foiling kit which includes the integrated velcro waist belt and elastic shock cord:

Groove carbon $405 Aus +frieght 450 grams .Manta Ali light equivalent 700 grams $216 Aus + freight . Or the Mac kiting Ali plate for only $200 Aus delivered. All still look super chunky and have to create drag paddling back out .Good way to pick up 100m in length of mast not so good for learning but a plus when you charge bigger waves. The original Manta was 1kg , I bought one it and felt like a brick in your hand. Here are some shots of the adaptors available now. The Groove looks nice but is it worth the extra money to save 250 grams and the Camet guys are dreaming.

this is the winner at 700 grams from Mac Kite Boarding $200 Aus delivered, buy it here: -

Hi,
I think the above actually only works with the GoFoil mast. The GoFoil does not seem to use deep tuttle or chinook tuttle but something unique. Hence this adapter will only work with the GoFoil.

If I am wrong please correct me.

I am looking for an adapter for my Chinook tuttle mast that doesnt cost almost as much as a board!
Manta might still be the best deal out there?

I was amazed the other day when my friend showed how easy it was to catch a wave.
