How will the remote work with winging/SUP? Some sort of boom/paddle mount?

Also the launch pad has different settings it remembers. you can have different settings for prone, wing, downwind. You tell launch pad what you are doing and it loads default or your preferred settings for that foil discipline.
With a sinker wing board you slow the wind-up speed and extend duration of boost. this gives time to get ready, get board planing & then lift off!

was funny in this video when he was holding the launchpad out of the board. he would tilt the launchpad so the camera could see it & the launch pad would come up with the tilt message because the launch pad was titled. The board had nothing to do with the tilt message as the launchpad wasn't in the board. then he would look at the board & even move the board. Was funny watching him tilt the launch pad, look at the board and repeat.

The Raw boards and flux foils are amazing. Amp Jet needs specific conditions I think. Issue over here is distance. Waves are 800m offshore so battery taxed before you get out. Great for beachie when u can pump like mr b.

Yeh I got one & loving it. Have posted about it elsewhere on this forum. Wondering what's making you ask the question/what's behind your question? Happy to share my thoughts.

I got to ride before I purchased so knew what I was getting which helped make decisions about size & foil easier to make.
Had a great session (no jet, just with the blank in) yesterday at a local point break. light onshores with chopped up swell aimed direct down the line of the point. was a bit more down wind style foiling than riding waves. Hoping for the same again this afternoon

There's 4 people down here now with them. A few other crew have the foils but not the boards. One of the guys who bought an amp, when he first got it was wishing he bought a longer one. the flitelab board he bought was shorter & less litres than his previous prone foil board, so there was an adjustment. He stuck with it and loves it now too. I just ask him how's it going & the smile spreads across his face and he can't wipe it off. There was a bit of persistence from him to adjust to riding a smaller/less volume board. The persistence paid off & his foiling was gone from strength to strength with and without the jet. I reckon he has had his since when they were first released. I've had mine since November. I ain't going to be selling mine. Am going to buy a longer one to wing/parawing & downwind with.

I thought some people might be interested in a completely independent and unbiased review of the Flitelab AmpJet system. I've been using it for about 7 months now and held off on voicing my opinion until I'd given it a good go.
For background, I'm 50 and about 78kgs. Prior to the AmpJet I've had experience with a Fliteboard, FoilDrive (Gen 1 only) and the Stoke Boost. I had done mostly SUP foiling and had also have tried prone foiling several times without success (I basically found the pop-up too hard). I come from a surfing background so was keen on the AmpJet concept as it felt it was the closest to surfing. I bought the 4'8" short board.
So, the verdict? In short, the AmpJet is INCREDIBLE.

On my very first session in tiny waves I was up and prone foiling on probably 3 out of 10 waves (on a background of 0 out of 10). After a couple of sessions I was up to 7 or 8 and I now get up (almost) all the time. The design is incredibly refined and you can feel how much R&D testing has gone into the whole system. I honestly can't come up with even a trivial criticism of any aspect of the design. I've seen some people ask about comparisons with Foil Drive, but they really are such different products it's hard to compare. I think the comparisons come up because they are both a big outlay so buyers naturally agonise over which path to take. I spent months making this decision. I could not be happier with my choice.

Like I said, I am completely unbiased. I don't know anyone involved with Flitelab, but I think Chris and his team deserve full praise for all of the work they've put into creating a really high quality product that fills a big gap in the foiling market - the gap of making prone foiling accessible without the many hours of learning curve trying to nail the pop-up, by generating a short burst of acceleration to get you onto the wave early with extra time to get to your feet. It's a total game changer!
