This must be some kind of record

but the challenge is set to see who can Dock start a longer board. C'mon JB

. The overall weight is the issue (13.3kg), the board just drops and sinks as soon as it hits the water , so forward momentum is the key . Took at least 10 attempts before I even got my feet to the board working out the launch plus the 1300 is so wide it kept hitting the dock. I did have the foil almost all the way forward in the 16" Chinook boxes , but ended up with them way back . Seems wrong but it obviously worked. This video is my first actual return run , I still struggle to deal with the size of the 1300 but I'm getting there. Didn't help that I was out on my 4-3 prone and 800 Cab (5.5kg) an hour before I tried this.

Board:- DC 8-0 x 21 x 120 Litre Harpoon
Axis 1300 PNG , 75 Alu Mast , Short Fuse & 475p tail (I call this my cheater rig

)
