Ah good info. I suspected it might. Finding on sharp turns it can suddenly track then release all of a sudden. Probably a function of those tips.
then when pumping - you have a good cadence running then out of nowhere - it springs back in a weird unsettled way that could be called a minor yaw type feel. Unsettled was a good word used. Especially Noticeable when pumping high on a longer 85 mast. This probably a function of the flex in those tips

Love the tail except for the above. And it seems to happen randomnly.
I chopped and thinned out my 232 the other day. Faster and looser but it still feels a little "dead" or muted compared to the V tail. Its that dihedral plus much thicker profile causing its relative lethargy probably.
