Thinking of getting into sup foiling not looking for big waves happy to just catch some small runners and have a go at down winding in the Botany bay in the westerly ,
What sizes front wing would be a good stating point Thinking of foil board being round the 115 litre less than 7 ft

If you want to ride small wave, I would say 1000 wing.
If you want to do dw you need the 102.
