Anyone know why there isn't a MA1400 for heavier riders? The HS1550V2 is very average imo and such an old foil now.

Because the 1225 equates to around the 1550 - or just under which would satisfy your 1400 ideal. whilst 1000 is like the 1250 or just under - lift wise. Apparently.

I just posted it in Armstrong foil riders group from here ,and it got removed by admin and I'm banned from posting till tomorrow. Haha got to laugh these leaks happen every time , don't really know why it's a problem they are hardly the launch codes for nuclear bomb or anything!

@eppo you must be so stoked, you've been waiting a long time for MA wings!

Can't wait to demo these new weapons, a nail in the coffin for other brands perhaps, armie does have good quality gear

I thought they might've done a MA1400 to compete with kajura 1440 and for DW

Yeh the dock starting / DW part of the equation is still probably lacking to be honest. we will see I suppose with the new mast. Might make those HA knives actually tangible for the average rider like most of us.

Yea I'd prefer a bigger wing for micro surf. Often on an 1850 and riding when no one else can get up. They've got a HA1525 why not on the MA side as well? It was honestly what I was hoping to put under the Christmas tree as the HA925 (already likely) fills the MA800/1000 slot for me. Can't wait to hear some reviews.

speaking with Oskar he said the 1000 kinda fits the 925/1250 but the 1225 is your 1550. We over layed the HS 1250 on the 1225 when they were over with their prototypes - and there was definitely more surface area on the 1225 MA hence why we asked


Oskar being a feather weight was always testing on the 800 for example.

First MAs being shipped very soon here in Canada. 1225 will replace my 1125 and hopefully 1850 for smaller waves. A buddy has ordered the 800 and 1000. Can't wait to demo those sizes too.
