Hi everyone - I managed to buy one of only two 7m Airush wings in NZ yesterday. I'm 90kgs, intermediate skill level, using Fanatic Sky SUP 6.7 and gofoil maliko 200 foil. I've recently been using WASP 6m and SMIK 6m wings. My initial impression is WOW - this wing is powerful. Doesn't feel big, it's light in your hands, and it pumps really well. It has more grunt than the WASP and SMIK, for sure. Handle positions are great for me, and comfy. With the bent back wing tips, It is less prone to touching than any 6m i have used. I used it today in 10-12knts and it was easy to slide through the lulls.

All in all... loved it. Absolute blast - I was flying when others on 5 and 6m wings were flapping around. It's more powerful and better for me than the WASP. I am not in any way associated with Starboard - I just paid $1500 for the wing. Stoked.

I just recieved mine too last week hoping a 7m better be the way to go for my 225lb well coming from a Naish S25 6m which is a great wing,and the S25 7.2m no where in site?so I pulled the trigger on the SB airush 7m as some days could use a little more oomph! I unboxed it a pumped it up last week and my first thoughts were no way,this things gonna be a frigging beast to wrestle with as the LE and strut are waay bigger than my Naish and had my doubts at first until I got on the water,well 2 solid days under my belt on the 7m and have to say really impressed with this wing ridden it in lows of 15 mph to 30+ and just a great wing especially for a big guy handles are nice and hardly ever catch a wingtip with this wing being so large,it actually weighs in close to my Naish S25 6m and it's a 1m bigger!SB/airush for a V1 really hit it on this wing thinking about trying the 6m and selling my 6m S25 super stoked on this wing as as it has great low end and also can handle pretty well in higher winds if you have the weight.My only complaints are how to get a accurate 4psi reading on a one way Boston valve that's tough you have to kinda eyeball it a finger flick it to sound but after close to 20 yrs pumping kites you kinda get a feel for that,also bag is pretty small too just like the Naish definitely coulda made it bigger.Been flying Naish kites for close to 2 decades and didn't think I'd see the day getting a airush product but see they are definitely getting better these days, hats off to who ever designed it awesome wing especially for larger riders you have to have one if you want to wing in lighter days

This is good to hear as I bought their 5m for stonger winds to complement lightwind windfoiling. I have not had it out yet. I gave up on an S25 order after multiple delays waiting for Naish to ship out. As a long time kiter I too was super skeptical of Airush their kites were so crappy back in the day, their bars looked homemade and they sold wristleashes long after they were taboo. I know they have stepped it up recently so I decided to go for it. Now everything I am hearing leads me to believe I made the right choice.

Agree 100% - awesome wing! 4psi seems REDICULOUSLY low... but seems to work. For me handle positions are perfect. HAVE FUN!

I tried a 7m Airush today, and was not super impressed. Although did like the overall dimensions and feeling when on the shore, I found it baggy and hard to pump on the water. I also battled to get any speed from it, and when close to the wind it seemed to stall itself out way too easily.
For comparison I immediately got back on the water with a F-One 6m, which was less powerful but was much stiffer and easier to pump, so actually worked better for me. I didn't like the wingspan though.

I'd love to hear from anyone that has tried one of these and one of the big Gong's (7m Pulse or 6m Superpower).

After a couple more weeks on the 7m airush/SB just gets better for me love this big wing,a heavyweight dream wing for the current offerings out there IMO it's got great low end and can handle with weight pretty hi on the higher end spectrum as well, hardly ever catch a tip on this big wing catch them much more on my 6m S25 Naish like I said only complaint is how the heck you gauge 4psi pressure on a one way Boston valve but never been a issue with touchy finger flick but that said sure like to get some more pinpoint accuracy so don't blow er up! but for a big guy was a game changer winging for me and I have absolutely nada affiliation with airush/starboard if your over 200 lbs highly recommend??
