pretty cool, from 2010...wonder what has happened since then...Oil companies would probably Kibosh the whole thing

If it was a commercially viable engine it would have been taken up by someone. Maybe it couldn't get enough power to make it useful.

if it is true! Which I doubt. Any resistance other than air would stop it.
Must have been demonstrated on the 1st April before lunchtime!

As well as being a prior investment fraudster and not allowing any scientific review, the guy has rewritten the laws of physics. Amazing!

Our old BMtroubleu (BMW) d7 diesel had a magnito alternator. Which failed after 10 years use. We replaced it with a motor cycle copy which worked for a year or so before failing. I liked the concept no belts or pulleys but I guess the magnets didn't agree with the marine environment.

a small one would be a great bilge pump no power needed and if you bilges start filling up the pump would start automatically

That's great ! I like the idea of being able to continuously pump rubber chickens !

Magnetic fields are conservative fields and because of this, permanent magnets cannot be used to drive a motor. Unless you can somehow change the way the universe works. (Yes, I am a physicist and consequently a man of little 'faith')

Provided that you have a good supply of compressed air readily available.
