does any one have a recommendation for 3rd party insurance or can you only get full comprehensive cover

Youi have third party insurance available for sailing vessels.

do you know who to ring ,its to allow me to pull into berths for a night in a sailing boat

Best ring a few marinas first, it may turn out they require full comp and public liability
