when I see how the foils move if a skimmer was forward of the bow that could adjust the foils so it had a more constant or consistent level Or move the foils forward of the mast cross beam
Ability to control the rake of the rudder foil during the race would be one way to increase stability. Not allowed by the rules though, so it's all a compromise, upwind, downwind, slow, fast.
