the diesel one are not clean or smell free as one would think

remember winter is coldest time but the opposite to the qld it is also the wettest time so it does rain inside the boat.
I'd actually much prefer a wood burning stove for the ambience and aesthetic but, if they're more efficient, even better!
There just don't seem to be many very small ones available in Oz?
