Most of these were built in the 70s and 80s - is there proof of the 1995/6 build year? It may well be valid but would check it. How old is the standing rigging and what is it's condition. Is the survey report good and including hull photos when slipped including keel to hull joint etc? Are the hull keel floors and keel bolts - visible under the floorboards - in good condition? Chain plates and bolting, main bulkhead in good nic? Any collision or grounding evidence? Plenty of stainless tube structures off the transom.............will you need all that............
