Do I have to watch it? I did some really stupid stuff when I was young. Hanging over the back of my trimaran under autopilot and spinnaker to push the rudder down at about 10 knots singlehanded is a good one but I don't like the title pic here. If you are going to be sick, grab a bucket, sit down and spew in the bucket - please don't hang way over the side. Do it on the side deck, or the aft deck if you have to but don't lean over the side! It is much easier to clean up the side deck than to pick someone sick up from the water.

Maybe not textbook but l have watched it all so far and they seem very capable and responsible.
Having said that l don't see why more people don't clip on.

I spent 20 minutes glued to this waiting for the furler to let go and the rig to follow it...
