Fully recommend the Aussie built (apparently) Broadwater marine stove. I'm very impressed in the quality and build.

I have a model same/similar to Southace's but without the stainless risers around the cooktop.

The porcelain tube around one of my igniter electrodes has broken so it often arcs too low on the burner to light the gas.

As far as I know they are defunct, I needed a part for my maxie stove a few years ago and when I tracked down the supplier in seven hills Sydney the small factory had a number of stoves, broadwater included, in various states of assembly stacked on dust covered shelves and in boxes. The person that was there obviously had no idea and no interest.
As for the igniter, have you tried one of the BBQ stores, most stock a range of them.

The Kiwi built "Mariner" stoves are equally as good as the Broadwater if not better.

The all stainless construction of both of them is where their value lies.

If there are problems with the burners a competent gas fitter would be able to refit the stove with a complete new system of burners and controllers including piezzo igniters and failsafe burners.
