Traveling between Albany and Augusta, WA, we've picked up some VHF chatter about an Etchell's class 30.5' named "Spear" that was last heard from 10 days ago and is presumed missing.

This is a shock he is a well known guy in Bunbury and Albany he converted his Etchell and put a cabin on it from a MB 21 he sails that boat very hard .
let's hope he has pulled in somewhere , he has sailed it many times around Cape leeuwin.
