I've had good success with John Hooper @ Hooper Sails. They are in the Sandringham area.

I have just had my genoa in for a nip & tuck with Peter Green in Seaford 0419 006 398. Great work, very economical; but he has a lot of repairs in there at the moment and wrong side of the Bay for you - but a great bloke too.
