In case this is any use to you HG, I gave up on manual toilets years ago . Have used several TMC electric loos. With the correct cleaning every few months, that is acid , white vinegar , veggie oil. Never had a failure. By the way , I sourced the treatment that I now use ,on this site. Whoever blogged it - spot on mate !

Actually later on I was going to retro fit a electric part of the Lavac as it just in series with the manual

Maybe just buy a electric Jabsoc or TMC

Your right . I just thought as I found it to place it here there is some good play backs thats for sure they all need maintenance for what ever you use

Was thinking about the composite heads what would be a nice feature is to plumb the urine directly over board instead of the collection bottle with a little but of work it could be done

Any way after all that just bought TMC electric with maceration.
The compost heads are way to expensive at the moment
