Make one, you know the sizes and what it's supposed to look like when finished, not rocket science. See a local timber merchant, tell him what you need it for and let him recommend a suitable local timber. Most blokes are only too happy to help once they know it's for a boat.

It's hard to see with your pic but I'm thinking you may want to modify your rudder stock to take a stainless cap that can support just a strait solid tiller rather than the split laminated system you currently have.

To keep your tiller in top shape coat with UV Varnish and a cover for when not in use.

My old sorcerer had a replacement tiller. Whoever did it had an aluminium sleeve made that fit over the top of the rudder and just used an off the shelf tiller (you can buy from the US online quite cheaply)
