As the title says.
I have, in a moment of utter madness upgraded from OpenCPN 5.2.4 to 5.8.4. Previously I could access 4 directories of CM95 Vector charts at one time. ie they were all available as bars on the lower part of the screen. Now I cannot get 5.8.4 to recognise more than one of those CM95 directories at any one time ie it only displays one bar at the screen lower edge.
I can however go into tools and disable the current shown directory and enable another which will then be accessable.
I have spent an inordinate amount of time trying renaming and changing directories locations for the Vector files but nothing works.

I have re-installed 5.8.4 with no improvement and in desperation actually tried to re-install 5.2.4 from source but it wont compile using the directions provided in the OpenCPN documentation

Does anybody have a FIX to get around this "improvement"?

Did you try scanning your charts again or rebuilding the chart databases? Or maybe do a full chart database update.

I have had no issues with all my charts in the latest upgrade

Check this site. A quick scan does not show similar problems.
