Apparently the windows in me Tophat leak, whats the best way to fix, make new rubber seals or just silicone them up

Does the seal leak or is there a crack in the window? If it is just the seal then your could just sikaflex them in.

My usual go to for DIY info in Andy from Boatworks.com
Depending of course on the window, he has a clip where he beds it down with a 3M tape then sikaflex the gap
