Any suggestions for replying the flange on an access hole in the inflatable floor?

Sikaflex-111 worked well on my Zodiac. There are many types of Slikaflex so maybe there is a better one.

I have a small water seepage issue on a Whitworths Aqua Craft dinghy, that I recently acquired with a yacht.
The dinghy has an air floor and it has a graze on the bottom end of the transom, under the aft bung, where it has been dragged over a concrete ramp, when launching from storage. A bit annoying, as it should have been lifted.
I was thinking if I used a patch and glue, it would not be very effective, as the graze is on the timber frame of the transom, where the timber meets the seam.
I have a tube of Sikaflex-111, so I will use this and see if it will fix, even for 6 to 12 months.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Cheers
