Help id'ing engine

There are no tags to help. It's Volvo green but cannot find a model that looks similar. It's in a northerner 28. Thanks

Is that spark plugs I can see? There is a US petrol engine- Universal I think it was called.

The atomic 4 was a four cylinder. This is two. Buggered if I know what it is.

There are a lot of 2 cylinder petrol marine engines. Perhaps the Compass28/Northerner association if it still exists might help. Otherwise it's going to be a Google image search. Look through pages like this one.

Interesting looking engine, twin cyl, dynastart, up draught carby means OLD.
