On Sunday I had a dive under the boat just my luck as I noticed one of the pins holding the blades in place on my gori propeller was coming out.
I'm wondering if anyone knows how these pins are kept in place? when i found it the head of the blade pin was above the head of the locking bolt sticking out about 1cm from where it should of be.
the locking hex bolt was slightly loose when I removed it I tightened up the pin with a 6mm alen key it did not tighten up like a bolt as in when it was tight and looked in place I could turn keep turning it
I can't seem to find any information on how its kept in place is it just the locking bolt that keeps it from coming out and because it was loose the pin was to get loose
Any information from anyone who has had a gori prop apart would be very helpful

The locking bolt appears to be the only retainer. I had a look at the gori manual and I cant see how the blade pin is retained other than the locking bolt. Yet the manual says in step 4 below says the blade pins are torqued into place.

Don't quite understand, unless they mean the locking bolt, not the pin, that is torqued into place. The manual also mentions the locking bolt (11.1) and the blade pin (11) are reassembled using Loctite blue (243).
This to me suggests the blade pin must have a small thread at the end, but I can't see it in the pictures.

It seems like the pin is threaded I could not see it in the manual or any photos I could find
I had a reply from gori this morning which confirms there is a threaded section on the pin it must be be damaged
Any idea on any one that could repair it?

Thanks but they are unable to repair gori props
I Will be removing the gori soon and fitting the spare fixed blade
Looks like it will need to go to the factory for repair

Take it to a machine shop and get a machinist to take a look at it.

Had the gori removed
For anyone interested all three locking pins have had the threads destroyed
It looks as if a marina has removed the blades at some stage without removing the center locking pin stripping all three blade pins
You can see the groves in the center locking pin from when the blade pins where forced past it and the damaged blade pin threads
