Hey guys,
I was looking at this boat, the paints in bad condition all over but in specific areas it's peeled off and the gelcoat has cracked. How bad is the exposed fiberglass? Would this require the gelcoat to be removed and reapplied underneath a fresh coat of paint or is painting over it ok?
