I got asked if I wanted one of those as well. I think they gave out a few to you tube people. Seems like they work pretty well, but too small for my dinghy

Agree they are not cheap although the real killer is batteries. Thecone above has one battery included but an additional battery is another $1500.
To replace my 5hp outboard with electric could be over 5 grand..more if you want a few hours run time based on these prices!
