Solar 4 Rv's has a 135 watt panel semi flexible for $338 I might fit 2 on my cabin roof , but Ill wait and see how the Solbains work out when they get them in stock
They 135 watt panels will just fit 1445mm x 540 x 3 each hopefully when shading accusers it will only effect one panel . Id like to fit up some portable ones that can be stowed away when sailing and quickly put up when at anchor as well

Bubble I think is holding out for the soft ones for his Bimini

Was going to sell my LG 300 watt today because I had a little trouble with my Power Tech MPPT 30 amp but Ive rebooted it and altered a couple of things and its working for now so no big hurry.
Been a little worried about the charger as the early ones had some trouble . I wont leave it on the boat next year . Ill buy some thing a little better

Two panels will fit perfectly taking up all the cabin top if I need any more at anchor Ill temp fit some off the life lines and stow them when under sail away .
Try and move the boom out of the sun light if I can when anchors its all compromise Im afraid

much better than having a gantry and massive kg panels on top like 90 percent of cruising yachts ..............less weight , less windage , less ugliness .......... win win win

Ive been searching for a very long time to find a rectangular panel to fit. Once ive finished off the instrument panel wiring in the cock pit ill move the big banger panel aft again out of the way again .
Also want to get a good MPPT controller when I do it. Wish Santa still came

Bought a 60 poly and 100 mono here on Ebay. Fittings are a lot better quality than the ones at Whittworths!
