I am looking for outdoor dry storage (hard stand) in NSW for a sailboat (31 feet LOA, 5000 kg). Any recommendations or advice? Thanks.

Cove Marine at Pt Stephens offer long term storage.

But it might take u 6 months to get there if your in WA

There is a yard in Huskisson where yachts go to die. I only hear bad reports about the place.
