I am looking for the basic dimensions of a Joubert Magpie 34. LOA 34ft is a given, Apart from that I understand displacement is 9900 lbs
and ballast is 5060 lbs. Beam apparently 10,6 ft and draft 6ft 10in. Not certain the beam and draft are correct. Have had no luck searching for waterline length, nor for sail area. Does anyone know? Regards Q.

Advert here has most dimensions and masses which you probably have - not wl length or SA though. The data in this or any advert link may not be valid.

2 good photos here.

Guess you could approximate the wl length from photos - the SA seems impossible to find as you say. You could scale from the Brolga 33 but that would be a guesstimate only.

Thanks, Yes I had seen the advt on Yachthub, and there's another at boatsales. There is no information on sail area or waterline length anywhere that I can find, so I thought perhaps there might be someone on this forum who owned one or has in the past, or who had made sails for one or even who had surveyed one.

These links could help you connect to someone who could help.

There's one called Jolie Brise 2 berths down from my Currawong 30 on Raymond Island, VIC. Rob has owned her from new, I think. I'll ask him if he has hull or sail plans next time I see him.

Cheers,

Thanks for the heads up. I had a feeling it would be on the market soon. Id love to buy it for the extra room but not at that price. It would need a lot of money spent on it.
