Does anyone know of a mechanic that will
travel out to mooring.
My yacht is located in Matilda Bay ,Swan River.
Those I've tried prefer a jetty.

You will be lucky to find a marine mechanic in Perth period. Last two I used both stopped servicing diesel's due to competition from the mining industry. Plus do you really want to pay someone $120 per hour to row out to your boat?
