Has anyone chartered in Scandinavia and can point me to the right place to start. I.e. you've actually chartered from somewhere and you know who to talk to.

I've been watching all those TV shows and I really like the idea of getting a little 26 foot folk boat or the like and cruising round a few islands......

Then North into the Arctic for IceKiting - Dodgy Brother loves it,but can go a long way fast,but tedious return if wind drops !
