We've got older style small Lewmar hatches that have the handles bonded on the inside of the acrylic. One handle has pulled off.
Any views on what best to stick it back on with? I have read that epoxies (araldite etc) become brittle and break down reasonably quickly under UV.
These are the small hatches on the foredeck and often get sheets caught on them, so the bonding needs to be pretty strong.
The new model handles screw through the acrylic for a secure fit, but new ones cost $53 each.
