Any suggestions or recommendations for a boat transport company, who is honest and reliable, to do this for a 10m timber yacht?

Call the guys at OneSails in O'Connor (Perth, WA).
Paul, Reese or Dubbo will tell you all the best info as they've all done it before.
Tell them Ben from Hobart sent you :)
