I have. One meter wide to fit a panel down the hatch
As I have 6 ft .2inches head room
I Am thinking centre roof panel one meter wide leaves. A balance of 320 cm each side for the other two panels
OR
Do I divide the cabin roof by 3 and make all panels the same width roughly .550 cm each
The problem there would be loosing a little head clearance As I would have to trim it may be 10 mm

How are you intending to join the sheets

Are you going to use the joining strip shown on there web site

I am a bit confused by the comment of loosing 10 mm of headroom if you did it in 3 equal pieces

Could you not do it in two pieces faith a joining strip down the centre

10 mm meant a wooden trim covering the sheet joins
I ended up buying aluminum composite not the material I was thinking of the other night the aluminum composite is lighter and cheaper $60 2400 x 1200 x 3 buy look nice as well . It initial use was for making signs
= how to cut
also Ill use some thin neapreane spacers on the back of the panel from what Ive read it helps with expansion btween different materials

Sorry I forgot they were called Seahorse. I painted all the interior of the (still unfinished) yacht in the above pic. The pic doesn't really do it justice because its so dusty but it came up a treat. I thinned it down to spray it. It still went on as thick as high build and is as hard as nails.
John Duncanson told me to use it, he swears by it.
