Does anyone have any idea what the conditions in the main range above thredbo are at the moment?
Would you still be able to kite ski there? assuming a bit of grass skiing is manageable
And also, is anybody still planning to go there this season? was thinking to drive down for some spring back country trekking/kiting either this or next weekend... Would be great to have some company, not too keen to go out by myself

I did some kiting out the back of Thredbo yesterday afternoon.
Pretty marginal where I was, (I had a 5 year old child with me so I didn't go far) But it would have been much better up on the Ramsheads.

Carruthers east ridge should be OK for another week or two:
