Anyone thinking of Kiting Hotham this year? I'll be living there and have my gear (probably just my small kite), so drop me a line. I've never snow kited before, but pretty keen to give it a go.

Heya, I've never tried snow-kiting before either. But I'm keen to see how my big green creature and my snowboard get along. Do you want to go try and break ourselves on the white stuff soon? How soon do you think the weather will be right for it?

Perhaps I'm too keen... I lack a "tone-it-down" feature...

I'll be moving to Hotham on about the 10th of June, at this stage they might be a bit light on for snow till a week or 2 after that. But I'll be ready and keen to go the minute conditions seem ideal.

I'm pretty clueless on the winds up there, I suspect it'll be best to keep an eye on it on a daily basis.
