Hey all..

Just bought myself a kite yesterday.. to go with my mountainboard.. Ive been riding mountainboard freestyle for a while now and thought its time I start using a kite, I will be riding freestyle still though..

The guy at Kitepower Geelong sold me a Ozone Octane 2.0m.. where would be the best place to start in the Geelong area? Ive been told 13th beach on low tide with a westerly wind? I have flown a kite before (1.6m) but wasnt really that flash at it.. and didnt go to the spots with the best wind..

Any tips would be great.. Thanks

I am thinking of starting this as well. I am 80kgs so a 4mtr would be ok u think?
Local grassy areas here around Altona. Plenty of room and no trees but best with a Sth to Sth East wind.
