Gidday all, I am of the landyacht people, nearby, I wish to try some interaction between existing Sail powered carting and Kite powered carting for want of a better description.
Basically I wish to link with someone with kite buggy expertise. who has a variety of kites at their disposal, to try some cross pollination between Landyachting and Kite Buggying. probably available north of Adelaide.
I wish to use my newly rebuilt landyacht minus the sails for testing with Kite power.
This would be a two person operation, one controlling the motive power and the other [me] controlling the directional course of the cart.
If there would be anyone with the right ability's and kites to push this theory and is interested then please comment in the forum [all comments welcome] and get in touch by PM.

G'day Joe. Sorry for the lack of activity, must remember to set my link to the Seabreeze website to the overall forum , and not jus the landsailing section.

As for your idea, at present Im a low income university student so I cant delve into the kiting scene. Sorry.

As for cross polination. I think all the land based wind sports should be in the same forum area. We use similar areas, have similar problems, more people keep the interest up too. Most importantly, always sailing on your own gets boring
