Capsized A kiteboard is capsized if
(a)
her kite is in the water,
(b) her lines are tangled with another kiteboard's lines, or
(c) the competitor has, clearly by accident and for a significant
period of time, (1) fallen into the water or (2) become disconnected from the hull.
