I am a member of the AKSA, is it necessary to also be a member of the WAKSA, what the difference and am still covered if not a member in WA, should I be a member of both??? can someone provide some info on this matter!!
Captain So what you are saying is join WAKSA which I will, and still maintain my AKSA membership or only have the WAKSA one. As I would rather keep the funds at home!!
WAKSA is a State branch of AKSA. The membership is essentially the same organisation ie you don't have to pay two membership fees, etc and you are covered by the same insurance policy.
WAKSA pays AKSA about $40 out of the $60 membership fee for the insurance. If you live in WA we would like you to join WAKSA so that we don't have to wait forever to get the $20 back from AKSA.
