Personally I reckon that this summer will be really hot this year. This will have an effect of increasing easterly morning winds inland along the scarp. This will in turn push the sea breeze back making them less effective and later in the day. The land eastward hasn't really heated up yet so the sea breeze conditions are currently good but as the summer kicks on the easterly winds will start to out blow the Fremantle doctor. Also the Pond is literally closed off and I believe the council is not going to dredge the channel open. So, that will be a no go zone once the place becomes anoxic

. Sorry for my pessimistic outlook. I suppose the poleys can have the pond all to themselves now
