Hi kiters... euros... kite touros. hmmm, ok nice aussies too!

Cafe and bar right across the street!

Cat Bus at doorstep.
Walk to train station.

Outdoor hose and wetsuit wash area.
Secure gear drying alcove.

We both kite and do regular weekend kite trips out of the city. We have 4wd.

PM me to check it out.

yep, room available again. summer kiters have moved on... not sure il get the same response for winter kiters though...

what up RPM? what irks you?... is it me electing to target kiting housemates? hoping for more likeminded individuals than the treegum alternative? don't worry: its posted on frillyknickers.com website as well... casting a wide net...

as for the last inhabitants... they have moved on. don't open the basement door. ever. even if there is strange knocking sounds in the night...

as for your next friendly advice... yes, asylum seekers may indeed by interested. thanks for the helpful tip. i have a very good Sri Lankan friend who is generally the best kiter on whatever lagoon he graces. he is not an asylum seeker thanks to kiting, which has opened up unbelievable opportunities to him that the vast majority around him cannot access.

Maybe RPM has a house full of twenty asylum seekers already and he likes them to sign two year overpriced rent agreements for an overcrowded room. He is possibly trying to offload some.
