Heard on the radio this morning a bloke from a government department saying that kiters that lose their kite offshore need to contact authorities to let them know they're safe and also because a loose kite is an obstruction. Can WAKSA put something up on the website on this or even email out because I'm unsure who I should be contacting.

The bloke that spoke on the radio also said that kiters should have contact details on both board AND kite.
