Estuary is your only safe option, very gusty though as it blows off the scarp and swirls around by the time it hits there

Isn't Avalon offshore in NE? North or NW might be ok?

daniel_y, I've kited exactly there (screenshot below) multiple times in winter with NE winds. As long as the wind is between N and NE it's no worries. Just won't work if it's ENE or East of course. Staying upwind (North) of the boat ramp is also advisable. Had some awesome sessions down there in NE's
