Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has ever kited at mullaloo? is it safe for someone who is intermediate but relatively new?

i live north of perth (joondalup) and iv always had to drive to the river to kite and looking for some where close and still safe.

any replies would be great.

Thanks

Hey Nic, I've come from kiting flat water for 3 months to Living right on Mullaloo Beach. Mullaloo varies re waves. Certainly not a flat water spot, also a small kiting zone area. Pinaroo Point just south of Mullaloo has a small bay on the north side. Can get a bit gusty on lighter winds. Be mindful not to kite in the kite exclusion zones.
Might see you out there
