Hey guys, just wandering if anyone kitesurfs at Alkimos or surrounding beaches? I've heard it's cursed & shark infested. I'm hoping it's not that bad! Any good news, because I'm moving out that way? Would like to know if there is a crew that kitesurfs there, any dangers to watch out for etc...

There are a handful of guys that kite at shorehaven
I moved up here early this year so got out here a few times
The beach is full of stones but there is as a nice grassed area you can land on (if needed)
Also have a cafe, toilets and showers so not a bad place to kite from

Not seen any sharks yet, the garlic must be working , doesn't put of the seals and dolphins though
